I am Tomohiro Iwabuchi, the President and CEO of NIKKO Scales Japan Corp.
Having inherited the reins from the previous generation, I am proud to represent the third generation in this position.
Our company, NIKKO Scales Japan, was established by my grandfather in Omiya City, Saitama Prefecture (now Saitama City), as a manufacturer of industrial scales. Over the course of more than 50 years, we have charted a legacy of innovation and dedication.
During these past 50 years, we have diligently pursued product development and service enhancement with the aim of embodying the technology, experience, and ethos cultivated by our esteemed predecessors within our company—striving to be a collective that earns gratitude from our customers.
We are always conscious, as the ‘Emergency Team for Scales,’ of promptly responding when our customers are in need.

Starting from the fiscal year 2023, we have established common internal goals of ‘Mission,’ ‘Vision,’ and ‘Values’ in order to reaffirm our purpose and principles within the company.
MIssion…We have established the management philosophy inherited from the previous generation as our mission.
Vision…We have newly established the corporate vision of ‘Break the Mold, Measure the Future,’ aiming to break conventional wisdom and create the future for our customers with innovative thinking and action, while leveraging the experiences and achievements we have cultivated so far.
Value…We have established seven behavioral guidelines as common values within the company, and all members are striving towards the realization of the ‘Mission’ and ‘Vision’.
